CLUB AGM’S – EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR A SMOOTH MEETING!
Staffs YFC is almost at the end of the YFC year – all clubs will be organising a very positive Club AGM and useful handover to their future Club Officers.
Below is some information which all clubs will find really useful for their AGM and end of year:
NEW CLUB OFFICERS 2018-19 – REFERENCES AND DBS CHECKS
All new Club Officers taking on a position as Club Chairman, Club Secretary or Club Treasurer for the coming year will be required to completed a DBS Check on the night of the Club AGM (when they are elected) and also a Reference Form providing the full details of two referees (1 may be YFC based, the other outside of our organisation).

Club Efficiency Competition 2017/2018
This is now underway with full criteria’s and information now in the hands of our new judges. All Clubs (excluding our School Club) are judged in this competition and will be visited by each judge at least once during the year.
