MEMBERSHIP FORMS 2020/21
Please note there is a new membership form for 2020/21 (old forms will not be accepted), members aged 17 years and under will also need to complete a Parental Consent Form and send in a photo to the Office before their form will be processed. Forms can be found below:

Please note the following procedures
CLUB TREASURERS – Please also note the below deadlines, for forms to be into the County Office for processing:

Please also consider that a Bank Holiday Monday is NOT a working day, therefore allow an extra day for the membership card to be processed, i.e. send the form in a day earlier. Please consider this around the time of the County Show if your club has anyone to join up. |

CLUB AGM’S – EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR A SMOOTH MEETING!
When is comes to the end of 2019/20 – all clubs will be organising a very positive Club AGM and useful handover to their future Club Officers.
Below is some information which all clubs will find really useful for their AGM and end of year:
DAVID PALIJ AWARD – Awarded at the County AGM for Charity and Community Work carried out in 2018/19. The deadline is 30th September. Please complete the entry form which can be downloaded HERE The deadline is 30th Sept.
SCRAPBOOK COMPETITION: Awarded at the County AGM for the best Club Scrapbook which best depicts “A year in the life of our club!” Full details can be found HERE and the deadline for books to the County Office is 17th October.
MERIT AWARD: There is a Merit Award given to a Junior and Senior Member for a continuous and consistent positive input into their club/county during the last 12 months (18/19). Nominations are taken from all clubs – the entry form can be downloaded HERE and the deadline is 30th Sept.
HAMMER CHALLENGE
Staffordshire Oatcake – Autumn Edition
Send in your Club Information and Snippets for the next edition of the Winter Staffordshire Oatcake, which is fun newsletter available to all member households four times a year. The Oatcake form can be found HERE
The deadline is FRIDAY 29TH NOVEMBER 2019 for information to be sent in.
Club Efficiency Competition 2018/19
This is now underway with full criteria’s and information now in the hands of our new judges. All Open Clubs are judged in this competition and will be visited by each judge at least once during the year.
