CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

• No Under 16’s
• Aged 16 – 17 years must be current Staffs YFC Member, arrive with named supervisor aged 18+ who is a current Staffs YFC Member
• Aged 16 – 17 years must also bring a completed and signed Parental Consent Form on the night DOWNLOAD THE FORM HERE
• Aged 18+ Non Members must be signed in by an 18+ current Staffs YFC Member (max of 3)
• Photo ID Checks will be in place (Passport or Full/Prov. Licence only – Just YFC Card not acceptable)
• ROAR

COVID—UPDATED INFORMATION TO ENTER THE EVENT

• Please take a LFT or PCR Test within 12 hours before attending the event.
• Please do not attend if you are feeling any of the covid symptoms.

Strictly no refunds unless the event is cancelled or ticket holder tests positive for Covid – positive test result uploaded to www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result will be required

ANYONE AGED 16 – 17 YEARS WHO IS ATTENDING MUST BE A STAFFORDSHIRE YFC MEMBER AND BRING ALONG A FULLY COMPLETED PARENTAL CONSENT FORM AND ARRIVE WITH THEIR NAMED SUPERVISOR – DOWNLOAD THE FORM HERE
