Staffs YFC are holding their Annual 5 a side Football Competition on Sunday 5th October at Powerleague in Stoke on Trent.

IMPORTANT – PLEASE NOTE:

• Members must be a confirmed member on the online system no later than Wed 27^th September 2023
• Members taking part must be able to access their current digital membership card (2023/2024)
• Any members aged 16-17 years must have a completed parental permission via JotForm no later than 12noon Wednesday 27^th September 2023 https://form.jotform.com/232492528396365
• Any club who withdraws within 7 days of the competition will receive a £15 fine and -6 points
