Being held at Abbotsholme School, entries are now being taken for the Staffordshire YFC Mixed Hockey Competition.

For anyone aged 13 – 17 on the day of play, a completed Parental Consent Form must be brought to the stewards when booking in – this can be downloaded here

Anyone wishing to play must be a member with their form into the County Office no later than Wednesday 10th November by 3.30pm, countersigned by their club.
